The Incentives

Motivating our reps through exciting sales incentives is part of our 11 principles, and one of the reasons we put up incredible results year after year.

At AMP, we run incentive contests with big prizes all summer long to motivate our reps. At other companies they run just 1 or 2 contests each year (with long voids in between).

Our reps that come from other companies tell us all the time how much bigger and better our incentives and prizes are than their previous companies. For example, at AMP a rep won a certain level on a 64-man bracket contest we ran in 2010 and he received a $500 prize. This same rep pointed out that the year before at a larger company he won the exact same level on their Madness bracket contest and was awarded a backpack.

Our reps love our contests and look forward to being pushed to higher levels through our competitions.
