We just finished another amazing year at AMP Security. We finished the 2010 season with the highest per rep and per office averages yet again (3 years running now).

We are the only major home security company to have grown each of the past 3 years. AMP finished the 2010 season with 25% growth over last year. 25% growth might not sound like much, but when you realize our top competitors are all significantly down from their peak, we are very pleased.

At AMP we focus on both getting our reps to make a lot of sales and also helping our reps to make a lot of money per sale. There is a BIG difference between these 2 ideals, and AMP reps have discovered the benefits of having both high volume per rep, and high earnings per individual sale.
